The test has a sensitivity of 91.5%, which means that out of 100 women with breast cancer, 91.5 would be classified as having a medium or high score; the remaining 8.5 are identified as having a low score.
The test has a specificity of 58%, which means that out of 100 normal women, it would classify 58 with a Low score. The algorithm prioritizes sensitivity to minimize the chances of missing any cancers (known as false negatives).
Please remember that our test isn't designed to find breast cancer on its own, and it's not a replacement for your yearly screening mammogram. Instead, it's an extra check you can do before your mammogram to give you more insights into your breast health.
