We understand that pricking yourself can be scary! Don't worry; we are here to help! If you need assistance during the collection, are down to one lancet, unsure you are on the right track, or just want a member of our Sample Collection team to help walk you through the process, don't hesitate to contact our Digital Services team.

 

If you are unsure if your sample collection was sufficient, you can email a photo of your ADX card to support@behealthyr.com. Our Digital Services team is always happy to review your collection card before you mail it to our lab to help you avoid a rejection.
