When a sample is "delivered" to the lab, it means it's been physically received at the main package reception area. But just because it's there doesn't mean they've started analyzing it. "Received" means they've started validating it, and the analysis process has begun.
For most blood tests, this process takes 3 to 5 days. However, there are exceptions, like our STI test, which takes 7 days, and the Auria test, which takes 14 days.
